一期一会 (Once in a while)

A person passes through a doorway to enter a room. Another person goes through the doorway to exit the room. That moment can never be exactly repeated. The moment is unique. Do we attend to the moment? Do we look or do we see? There is no before, no after, only now. Regrets for lost moments and anxieties about what happens next can rob us of experiencing now.
We live each moment only once. Forest Gump shows us how to live experiences. Tea ceremony shows us how to be in the moment. Open the Door.
