I am basing my Cloth in Common challenges on my recent trip to Canada and the USA in May – June this year. My first challenge was a struggle but as soon as I changed tack and decided to use my trip as the base I have found the next two challenges a lot easier. For the current word “international” I have decided to use one of my photos of NYC but won’t show that here. Instead I will talk about NYC through one of my bucket lists in the Guggenheim Gallery. Fascinating and inspiring. I loved the architecture plus the art. The art was varied from old masters like Picasso through to modern day artists and I feel my CIC colleagues and I also show a variety of techiques and inspiration for the various topics.It amazes me for each reveal how we all get something totally different from each other, how challenging this is and how much I admire the work of the others. Its great to be in such great company. I wonder what the next word will be and where I will visit?
