I thought the prompt “International” corresponds well to the group “Cloth in Common” that I belong to.

It’s never easy for artists from various countries to create group like this, post to blog and exhibit works in special places.

I think our members have maintained this group with mutual trust and friendship . So I included my ” International friends” in this piece.

I only used “silhouettes” in their profile pictures. 

I am grateful and happy to be continued  making works with these members over the three years.

“International” 이라는 제시어에 해당하는 것은  바로 내가 속한 그룹인 “Cloth in Common” 이라고 생각했다.

여러나라에서 활동하고 있는 아티스트들이 이렇게 그룹을 만들고, 작품을 만들어 블로그에 게시하고, 게다가 특별한 장소에서 작품들을 전시하는 것은 결코 쉽지가 않다.

나는 우리 멤버들이 서로에 대한 신뢰와 우정으로 이 그룹을 유지해 왔다고 생각한다. 

그래서 이번 작품에서 나의 ” International friends”를 포함시켰다. 나는 그들의 프로필 사진들에서 “실루엣” 을 사용해서 표현하였다.

지난 3년동안 이 멤버들과  함께 계속해서 작품활동을 하게 된 것에 감사하고 행복하다.
