In my hometown, fireworks go up to the summer night sky once a year.

From my house, I could see fireworks over the iron bridge that goes over the river every year.

In my memory, fireworks and iron bridges are always together.

The road connects the town to the city, but is sometimes cut by the river. Life is the same, there are many obstacles to get to the destination, and people struggle to achieve their dreams in order to get there.

No one knows what lies beyond the bridge, but if you can see something beautiful in the future beyond the bridge, I will remember the fireworks I saw as a child.

  1. I really love that you have immortalized this childhood memory in fabric. These make the most powerful pieces in our lives, the ones that are so personal.
