In Japan, a moja house covered with ivy and plants that you sometimes see in the city is called a “moja house”. (shaggy house)

I am curious about what kind of people live there.

There is also a moja house in the neighboring town of my house. The house is open for café, and when I enter, it is quiet and calm, and it is a comfortable space that feels like I‘m in the forest. When I asked the landlord, he said that he did not think of plants as one of the living beings that covered human buildings, but rather as “living beings” that live with humans.

It is possible to create nature even in the city.

  1. Micky, the story of Shaggy House and your work is so lovely. A space where nature and humans can live together in the middle of the city feels very special.

  2. I love the feeling this gives of being sketched AND painted. Of the still becoming and the fully realized.

  3. Wonderful !
It is an interesting story of a bit of beauty within a city. I love the “shaggy house”
Well done! I am curious about the confetti method and would love to learn more,
